Sal Ammoniac is a rare mineral composed of ammonium chloride. According to an alchemical work dating back to the 1550s, Sal Ammoniac is used in the making of the perfect medicine, along with salt, urine, vinegar and a particular Sulphur Vive.^[1][2]
