Rubeus Hagrid: "Seems a shame ter row, though. If I was ter — er — speed things up a bit, would yeh mind not mentionin’ it at Hogwarts?"
Harry Potter: "Of course not."
— Hagrid asking Harry Potter's permission to use this spell on a rowboat[src]

This spell (incantation unknown) was a charm, that was used to propel boats on bodies of water, making them row faster.[1][2]

History[]

Rubeus Hagrid performed this spell to propel the rowboat that he used to take Harry Potter from the Hut-on-the-Rock back to the mainland in the summer of 1991.[1] He again used this spell on the 1 September, on the Hogwarts boats in order to transport first-years across the Great Lake to the castle.[2]
