Romanian celanese acetate was a material used in the manufacture of consumer goods that was presumably either invented or made in the country of Romania. Comb-a-Chameleon, a Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes product, was made from pure Romanian celanese acetate,[1] as was Wiz-O-Wig.[2]

- Celanese is a real chemical company based in Dallas, Texas. It is one of the world's largest producers of cellulose acetate, a plant-derived material that is used to manufacture several different things, including synthetic fibre.[3][4]
