Romanian celanese acetate was a material used in the manufacture of consumer goods that was presumably either invented or made in the country of Romania. Comb-a-Chameleon, a Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes product, was made from pure Romanian celanese acetate, as was Wiz-O-Wig.
