Robert Bliss was a Muggle reporter who co-wrote a front-page article with Amanda Pettet about the heat wave that swept over Great Britain for the Daily Express in the summer of 1995.[2]
Behind the scenes
- This character was presumably named after Rob Bliss, who worked as a concept artist on the film adaptations of Philosopher's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Order of the Phoenix, and Half-Blood Prince.[3]
