The Riddle Murders

At daybreak, on a fine day in the summer of 1943, this maid stepped into the drawing room at the Riddle House, to find the three Riddles dead, with a look of terror on their faces and still wearing their dinner clothes from the night before. She entered in panic and ran away from the House, down the hill heading to the village, rousing all the villagers she saw in her way.[1] Albus Dumbledore later explained this to Harry Potter during their lessons about Lord Voldemort's past.[2]
