Richard Cubison is a British actor who portrayed Jugson, a Death Eater in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
His best known works are mainly for television, including Inspector Morse, Casualty and The Bill. He also appeared in Minder, a British TV series, as a "heavy" (a term the film industry gives to villians in shows and films.)
