Rhubarb is a plant with poisonous leaves, yet edible stalks. Despite being edible, the stalks are still very tart due to trace amounts of the same poisons[1], and many people do not like the taste.[2] Molly Weasley was known to cook with it, making a Rhubarb crumble with custard on at least one occasion.[3]
