The Revulsion Jinx (Relashio) forces an object or person to release its hold on something, or repels objects with the force of another object. It is presumably not functionable on a Quaffle.

Harry Potter Used against the Grindylows, or water demons during the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament. The spell produced a jet of boiling water.[1]
