The Registrar was the person in charge of signing and attesting the veracity of membership certificates for the Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards.

Instead of being signed by the Registrar, Gilderoy Lockhart's membership certificate for the Order, had a large signature of himself, further attesting the forgery of the document.^[1]
