Redactum Skullus is the incantation of a hex that can be used to shrink the skull and surrounding tissue of the head of the victim. It can be used to reverse the effects of the Engorgio Skullus hex.

This spell can be bought at Wiseacre's Wizarding Equipment in Diagon Alley in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4.
