Raymond had a kitten when he attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This cat fell down one of the Castle's wells in 1991. Raymond was distraught because of this, and tried to reach the cat, but the well was too deep. Harry Potter found the kitten when he was lost on the dungeons, inside a potions storeroom, which linked to the bottom of the well. Raymond was very pleased to have his kitten back.
