Ragnok is a goblin who apparently works with Bill Weasley at Gringotts (possibly in Egypt). According to Bill Weasley he was "feeling pretty anti-wizard at the moment" because Ludo Bagman had apparently gambled with him and he thought that the Ministry of Magic was covering up for Ludo Bagman.
