Raashid Hussain was a Hufflepuff student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. He was seen walking around the school during the 1993–1994 school year.
Etymology[]
Raashid is an Arabic name meaning "rightly guided". Hussain is an Arabic surname and given name and means "handsome". Due to this, we can assume that Raashid was of Arabic origin.
- It is possible Raashid is of South Asian Muslim background as most British citizens with Arabic names are likely to be from Afghani, Bangladeshi or Pakistani origin.
