This passage goes through a cave that leads through the hill separating the Training Grounds and the Quidditch Tower from the West Tower. The cave can be entered from a short path that leads past the stone steps up to the Owlery. At the other end, it leads out onto the top of the wall of the Training Grounds and into the top level of the Quidditch Tower.
