Purge and Dowse, Ltd. is a fictional department store in the Harry Potter series. The dilapidated building actually disguises the entrance to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries.
The building was first seen in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix when Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys visit Mr. Weasley in St. Mungo's after he is bitten by Nagini.
