Prefects Who Gained Power is a book about famous prefects at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry who went on to work successfully. Percy Weasley read this book in the Junk shop in Diagon Alley. The book was described as being small and Harry Potter felt that it looked "deeply boring."^[1]
