Porcupine quills are the sharp spines revesting porcupines, defending them from predators. Porcupine quills are plentiful since the animals continually replenish them. Quills that have caused no harm are considered the best by potion-makers. ^[1] Porcupine quills are an ingredient to several potions, like the Boil-Cure Potion ^[2] and the Herbicide Potion. ^[1]
