These nineteen individuals (fl. 1997) worked at the Ministry of Magic under its Death Eater rule. They adulated Minister for Magic Pius Thicknesse excessively. On the morning of 2 September, 1997, these individuals followed Minister Thicknesse around Level One of the Ministry.[1]
