This residence in London was where Percy Weasley went to live after breaking ties with his family in 1995. When Molly Weasley approached in an attempt to persuade Percy to return, he simply slammed the door in her face.[1]
It is unknown if he continued to live here after he reconciled with his family or if he and his wife, Audrey raised their two daughters, Molly II and Lucy Weasley in the residence.
