A peacock feather
Peacock feathers are the feathers of a peacock. They are used in Dragon Tonic. Also, Quills can be made out of the male's feathers. Gilderoy Lockhart owned a peacock feather quill that he used for signing autographs, which matched his flamboyant nature. They may be used as wand cores. Garrick Ollivander's peacock would lose its feathers if it got scared.[1]
