A parrot, also known as psittacine, are birds that can be found in tropical and subtropical regions.
Behind the scenes
In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 the bird that Draco Malfoy hides and Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley later finds in the Vanishing Cabinet in the Room of Requirement is a parrot instead of a songbird like in the book and film.
