This spell seals a scrolled up parchment seamlessly, so others cannot open it to read. However, with the tap of a wand, it can be unsealed. Dolores Umbridge used this in 1995 to seal up a parchment that she wrote up for Minerva McGonagall, and instructing Harry Potter to deliver it to her. Professor McGonagall opened it with a tap of her wand.[1]
