Paloma Proudfoot (b. 8 October, 1900) was an American witch who worked as a Surveillor of Activity for the Magical Congress of the United States of America in 1926.[1] She lived at 76 Monroe Street in New York.[1]

She may have been related to the British Auror Proudfoot.
