Padma Patil is the identical twin sister of Parvati Patil, one of Harry's fellow Gryffindor classmates. Padma, however, was sorted into Ravenclaw and eventually became a house prefect. She participated in Dumbledore's Army and fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, presumably surviving.
