"Is this all real? Or has this been happening inside my head?"

Ouagadougou is the capital of Burkina Faso.[1] Gilderoy Lockhart once falsely claimed that he had helped put a stop to "a series of attacks" in this city, which were apparently similar in nature to petrification by a basilisk, by giving the townspeople protective amulets.[2] The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards inducted Lockhart as a member after he flew to Ouagadougou on broomstick (although Lockhart's membership certificate described the African city as "the furthest most [sic] point in Siberia", possibly indicating that the document was forged, and that Lockhart never made such a long-distance flight).[3]
