Norfolk is a county in eastern England. It is low-lying and has a coast on the North Sea. Nogtails are among the magical creatures in Norfolk. Some wizard and witches thus go hunting for them there, such as Tiberius with his nephew Cormac McLaggen and colleagues Bertie Higgs and Rufus Scrimgeour.[1]
