Nobby Leach was the English Minister for Magic, he served between 1962-1968. Minister Leach's time in office was not dominated by a wizarding war unlike future Minister's Rufus Scrimgeour and Pius Thicknesse. His predessor and successor as Minister are not known but the last known Minister who succeeded him was Millicent Bagnold.
