This makes the song's appearance in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 an anachronism, as the dancing scene would have taken place in 1997, based on the canonical timeline. However, as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds have been together since 1983,^[1] it is possible that the track could have appeared on one of the group's earlier releases in the Harry Potter universe.
