Dr. Neil Michael Murray (born June 30, 1971) is the second husband of Joanne Rowling, they were married on December 26, 2001.^[1] He has two children by her, David Gordon Rowling Murray (2003)^[2] and Mackenzie Jean Rowling Murray (2005),^[3] as well as an older stepdaughter, Jessica, from his wife's first marriage to Jorge Arantes.
