Naomi Kusumi (born 17 June, 1954) is a Japanese actor who voiced Vernon Dursley in the Japanese dubs of the film adaptations of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.[1]
