Musical statues is a game that enjoys some popularity in Muggle Great Britain. Those participating dance to music, but must freeze like a statue (hence the name) when the music stops. Those that do not are called out. Play continues until only one is left and is declared the winner.[1]

Harry Potter played musical statues at Dudley Dursley's fifth birthday party. He apparently possessed some talent for the game, as Aunt Marge, who was also attending, whacked him around the shins to keep him from beating Dudley.[2]
