This wand was owned by Mundungus Fletcher in 1997 and before. When Kreacher and Dobby brought him to 12 Grimmauld Place on Harry Potter's orders, he attempted to use it against Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger but was disarmed of it by Ron.
