Professor Mopsus is the Professor of Divination according to an early planning draft for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban available on J.K. Rowling's Official Site. However, this character was later cut from the books. J.K. Rowling told us that this Mad-Eye Moody-like character was cut because his divination skills were a little too good.
