This letter was written by Molly Weasley, to her children, on late 18 December, or early 19 December, 1995. The letter was written to inform her children on her husband, Arthur Weasley's condition at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. The letter was delivered by Fawkes.
Dad is still alive. I am setting out for St. Mungo's now. Stay where you are. I will send news as soon as I can. Mum.
