Mobilicorpus (MO-bil-ee-COR-pus (IPA: /mo.ˌbɪl.i.ˈko˞.pɪs/)) is a spell that levitates and moves bodies.
Etimology
The incantation comes from the latin words Mobilis (Latin for movable) and Corpus (Latin for body).
Uses
- Sirius Black used the spell on Severus Snape in 1994 after he was stunned in the Shrieking Shack. It was probably used on Peter Pettigrew by Lord Voldemort in the Little Hangleton graveyard to make him come forward.
- It is unknown whether your victim needs to be unconscious in order to perform the spell
Possible uses
- It may have been the spell that Snape used in 1994 to put Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Sirius Black on stretchers and then move them back to the castle.
Notes
It is possible that Mobiliarbus and Mobilicorpus are variations of the same basic spell, since they share the Mobili- prefix.
