Minsk

Minsk is the capital city of Belarus.[1] At least until 1994, a tribe of Giants lived northeast of Minsk.[2]
In 1995, while travelling from Dijon (France) to the Eastern European mountains to meet with the Giants, Rubeus Hagrid had a disagreement with a Vampire in Minsk.[2]
