This assembly hall was located at the Ministry of Magic Headquarters, beneath Whitehall, in London.
On 12 February, 1883 this hall was the set of a news conference about the new Ministry-regulated Quidditch goalposts led by a Department of Magical Games and Sports representative, which turned into a riot that was later blamed on goblin agitators.[1]
