The Ministry Police was a body in charge of law enforcement and providing security services within the headquarters of the Ministry of Magic.[1]
After the fall of the Ministry of Magic, the Ministry Police issued the Undesirable No. 1 posters for information on the whereabouts of Harry Potter.[1] During the Death Eater regime, members of the Ministry Police were stationed at the Atrium and arrested Muggle-borns who arrived at the Ministry. They were also in charge of transporting convicted Muggle-borns from the courtrooms. When Harry Potter infiltrated the Ministry of Magic, many members of the Ministry Police attempted to capture him during his attempt to escape however they were confused by the flying "Undesirable Number One" posters.
