Mildred Peebles was a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. She was seen wandering around the school during the 1993-1994 school year.
Etymology
Peebles is a town on the river Tweed in Scotland. Its name is a cognate of the Welsh word pebyll, meaning "tent" or "pavilion," with the English plural -s appended to the end of it.[2]
