The Metropolitan Police Service, sometimes simply known as the Metropolitan Police, is the police force serving the Greater London area.

The service investigated the 1996 collaspe of the Millenium Bridge. Among their investigative tactics was analysing CCTV footage of the bridge during the attack, but data retrieval officer Anna Hill-Hall retrieved "nothing of value" from the footage. Other investigative methods similarly produced little evidence, though the police still implicated terrorist cells like ETA and Al-Hiraza as potential suspects. It is unknown what conclusion, if any, the Metropolitan Police eventually reached, though the real culprits of the attack were the Death Eaters.[1]
