Men Who Love Dragons Too Much is a book at Hogwarts Library about Dragon keepers and how to raise Dragons. Harry, Ron and Hermione used it when Hagrid hatched Norbert. Harry also read it while trying to find a way to defeat his Dragon in the Triwizard Tournamount, throwing it aside due to its unhelpfulness in the subject of fighting Dragons.
