The Hogwarts matron (also known as the Hogwarts nurse) is a witch employed by Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to monitor the health, heal the wounded and direct the other healers. Matrons Uniform is different from the other healers because the matron wears a Nurses belt and a Broach on her Coller whereas other healers do not.
Duties
The Hogwarts matron had many duties, including:
- Monitor the Hospital wing.
- Monitor the health on Hogwarts.
- Heal the wounded.
- Directed the other healers
- Make healing potions and ointments.

- Madam Poppy Pomfrey (c. 1970s—?)
