Mark Williams (b. 1959) plays the role of Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter films. Mark graduated from Oxford University. Since then he has become a familiar figure in the film business. He has also done some theatre. He might be one of the best known in the UK as regular on BBC's TV show the Fast Show, having appeared in four series and a Christmas special.
