Mark Williams (b. 1959) plays the role of Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter films. Mark graduated from Oxford University. Since then he has become a familiar figure in the film business. He has also done some theatre. He might be one of the best known in the UK as regular on BBC's TV show the Fast Show, having appeared in four series and a Christmas special. He's had many other TV appearances: the team host in the SKY TV quiz show "Jumper for Goalposts, director for the Channel 4 sit-com Festival at The Riverside Studios, and he co-produced in "Exile" another Channel 4 sit-com. He also was the voice of a mischievous Goblin in the episode "Goblin's Gold" on BBC's Merlin. He spent three years touring by narrow boat with the Mikron Theatre Company.
