Mark (1st century A.D. — 25 April, 68 A.D.) is the conventional name for the author of the Gospel of Mark. He was one of the Seventy Disciples of Jesus and one of the four Evangelists.

There was a stained glass window at the Parish Church of St. Clementine at Godric's Hollow depicting Christ and the Four Evangelists — Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.^[1]
