The MACUSA Surveillance Wizarding Resources Department (M.S.W.R.D.) was a department of the Magical Congress of the United States of America. In 1926, an Emergency Message was issued by this department, warning that the Magical Expsoure Threat Level had been increased to Severe: Unexplained Activity.
