*The gender of the sales''person'' of the Magical Menagerie is somewhat inconsistent. In ''[[Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban]]'', the proprietor is said to be a woman. However, in the video game version of ''[[Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (video game)|Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets]]'', the salesperson appears to be a man who is balding with some white hair. He wears a purple robe and red apron, and is a fairly stingy individual.
