The subject of this article is a real-life person, company, product, or creative work that has been mentioned "in-universe" in a canon source. - "We'll be a bit cramped, but I think we'll all squeeze in. Come and have a look. Well, it's not for long. I borrowed this from Perkins at the office. Doesn't camp much anymore, poor fellow, he's got lumbago."
- —Arthur Weasley calls Harry Potter inside Perkins's tent in 1994.[src]
Lumbago is a backache of the lumbar region or lower back, which can be caused by muscle strain or a slipped disk.
By 1994, Perkins suffered from lumbago[1] and, as such, walked with a stoop.[2] By 1997, his condition had gotten worse.[3]
