The wizarding Malfoy family (certainly Lucius Malfoy) had two dogs at their Manor by 1995. It is unknown what happened to them during the Second Wizarding War.

Behind the scenes

The dogs are not mentioned in the books, but appear in promotional images from the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
The dogs appear to be Scottish Deerhounds.
