Loxias was a wizard who became Master of the Elder Wand after Barnabas Deverill. Loxias rechristened it "the Deathstick", and used it to lay waste to anyone who displeased him. It is unknown who killed him, as many claimed to have finished him off, including his own mother, [1] but History records that either Arcus or Livius did it as ethier one of them was the next master of the Elder Wand. [2]
